[BUG] Framerate spike & crash after studio logo on bootup

From the Steam forums:

"I've got a 24GB graphics card. The game was trying to render a black screen after the company logo, and was doing so at 1400 fps. (maybe add a ceiling frame limit in menus?)"

Also crashes for me. SoftRain splashscreen, autosave splashscreen, crash with "Out of video memory" error
