Sprayer Hose Toggles not re-bindable

In the keyboard binding options, the keys for Next (T) / Previous (R) sprayer hose type are not available to be rebound.

The UI shows the key 'T' to toggle sprayer hose options. I discovered (by accident) that 'R' also toggles the sprayer hose options, but in the opposite direction.
