Ability to Re-bind controls

Need to be able to rebind and even see bindings. I didn't even know I had a crouch button until I started mashing the usual bindings.

Once the tutorial message was gone, there wasn't a way to see how to Tether or Sprint, so I also needed to mash to figure this out.
