[Bug] Decontaminate Communication Tower - teleported to sky box

I went through the top (Circular door) and to the right side of the room (where there are two explosive spores to collect). As I grappled toward them, I glitched into the skybox, unable to move or go anywhere. It was cool tbh

I tried to recreate it but struggled. I assumed it might've been an explosive fruit was stuck to the floor in some way, and when I grappled in front of it, maybe it pushed me out there? Because normally the fruits are easily kicked/moved.
