Level gap : Morrigan's Place of Rest & Revelation"
Hiya! I found a level gap on the final level, "Morrigan's Place of Rest & Revelation".
Reproduction steps: Enter the graveyard, go atop the building you enter said graveyard from. The attached screenshot shows it highlighted, as I stand on the zero-g sphere in front of that building.
I was able to then wander out into space, tether and spacewalk around before returning the same way. Did not seem to affect the game, as I was able to finish the level.

Shinoa MergedIn "Morrigans place of rest and revelation" there are two area's where you can either go out of bounds, or look out of bounds.

noosagi MergedYou can fall through the level in the final mission, if you go through the small cave on your left hand side in big mausoleum area, high up, as shown in the pictures. I can go through it every time I load the level.

Kula MergedWhile playing through the final level, I grappled up on a cliff in the garden. The cliff had a hole in it, which I assumed was a secret location, and I walked into it. I was unable to get back up to the hole or enter the level through anywhere else, had to restart.

Tim MergedWhile tethering around in the Harmony level (the cemetery), I landed on top of the Earthology mortuary/tomb, and slipped into a space behind the building and fell out of bounds. I cannot find any way to get back into the normal gameplay area, unfortunately.

Mica MergedWhile I loved the final level of part one, there are some clipping issues when free exploring around the edges with the grappling hook. I 'fell' through the scenery a few times, especially high up near the entrance to the mausoleum.
