[BUG] Settings Menu Always Saves Regardless of Input

I noticed that when I make a change in the settings menu it always saves even if I don't hit the "Save Settings" button. You can see in the video that changes I make to the controller sensitivity setting stay whether I hit "Resume" or "Save Settings". There doesn't appear to be a way to "abandon" the settings you've changed or "revert" to anything other than the default.
