[BUG] Infinite Fungus Collection Glitch + Dialogue Repeat

This one is probably just a flag on what gets saved / instantiated during the saving process. I found two areas in the first level where I can save at a terminal, reload the save, and there is a fungus nearby that I can instantly collect. I then save, reload, and can infinitely repeat this process. You can see in the video for the Exploding Fungus that it also resets the dialogue for reading the tablet, so it's not just items / fungus that also aren't "saved" in the save file correctly. I'm not sure exactly what triggers a "you've gone far enough that this is saved forever" flag.
