Scrimshaw charm can't be collected

From Steam forums: Scrimshaw Charm behind the sliding panel in Maeve's temporary rooms has no interaction prompt and can't be collected.

I see this originated on the Steam forums, just posting here in case you want to suggest to the user that they hit the Scrimshaw charm with the grappling hook. I had the same issue when replaying this level and that resolved it for me.
