[Bug] [Keyboard] Short Press [B] toggles flashlight n+1 times

1) Tapping [B] turns the Flashlight on or off.
2) Short Press [B] (held for slightly longer than a Tap) toggles the Flashlight repeatedly.
3) Long Hold [B] does the same as 2, above.
As a Player, I want to press [B] and only have the Flashlight change states 1 time per press, no matter how long the button is held.
