Weird camera glitch after Gerald cutscene

After the Gerald cutscene my camera popped up like I had been placed into a standing position and I had no HUD or arm details on my screen. It had seemed like the game had crashed for a few seconds until everything loaded in and the game continued as normal. I have a video of it if neccesary.
Also worth mentioning I thought the flower afterwards was an item to collect and was confused for a bit
